Completely confused until I saw the link to the math paper on LD. Nice visualization tool. Quantum mechanics is weird…
If I did my math right and did enough trials, to one significant digit:
P(puppy in first box) = 0.8 P(puppy in second box) = 0.8 P(same number of puppies in each box) = 0.4
P(00) + P(01) + P(10) + P(11) = 1 P(00) + P(11) = 0.4 P(01) + P(11) = 0.8 P(10) + P(11) = 0.8
P(00) = -0.1 P(01) = 0.3 P(10) = 0.3 P(11) = 0.5
I… I don’t…
Were you aware that there’s already a game called Puppytron?
I noticed it after making it, but didn’t give it much thought. Guess I should rename it, in any event.
is this you, or some other increpare?

You know, the whole time I was playing this game, I was thinking of quantum mechanics before I even read the little context link. I just took a class in it, you see. Nicely done.
